MASTER OT JMASTER004025.31+405952.0 - Possible Nova in M31

MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 00h 40m 25.31s +40d 59m 52.0s on 2017-01-14.77846 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.5m (limit 19.1m).

The OT is seen in 9 images in Kislovodsk and 6 in Tunka. There is no minor planet at this place.

We have reference image without OT on 2016-12-21.74273 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 21.3m.

Spectral observations are required.
