We report a glitch in the rotation frequency of the Vela Pulsar (PSR J0835-4510) observed at the 26m Mt Pleasant Observatory run by the University of Tasmania, Australia. The glitch occurred between 2016 Dec 12 11:31 and 11:46 UT (~MJD 57734,48), We were observing at the time of the glitch, at 1376 MHz with 128 Mb/s sampling, single pulse, with full Stokes.
