MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 13h 39m 05s.0 , -20d 17m 18s.3 on 2016-12-08 06:42:34.403UT
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.8 (mlim=18.3)
This OT is seen in 2 images n 08 Dec and on 2 images on 2016-12-10 05:11:40,05:15:22UT.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-08-03 19:24:23 (MASTER-SAAO, the nearest in time) with unfiltered mlim=20.0, on 2016-04-01 23:48:50UT with mlim=19.9 (MASTER-IAC).
This PSN is in 17.5"W,5.1"N of PGC843793 (SBab, Btc=15.6, vgsr=9409km/s ).
Spectral observations are required.
