MASTER OT J202636.17-440722.7 discovery - new optical transient(dwarf nova), Ampl>5.7m

MASTER-OAFA (located in Argentina) auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 20h 26m 36.17s -44d 07m 22.7s on 2016-11-29.04023 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.3m (mlim=18.6m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2016-08-01.14377 UT with unfiltered mlim=20.2m.
There is only GALEX known source inside 5", it means 22m POSS optical limit(B,R) and more then 5.7mag of current outburst's amplitude (dwarf nova).
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J204349.62-320742.2 discovery - dwarf nova outburst, ampl>6m (only GALEX and 22.4m blue GSC2.3.2)
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 20h 43m 49.62s -32d 07m 42.2s on 2016-11-28.76806 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.5m (mlim=17.9).
The OT is seen in 6 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference images on 2016-06-02.12332 UT with unfiltered mlim= 20.3m , on 2016-08-24 23:02:38UT with mlim=19.8,
There are 2 images with OT and m_OT=17.4 on 2016-03-18 02:51:14.025UT (previous outburst in MASTER data).
There is known GALEX source and GSC2.3.2 one with only blue jmag=22.4 (previous outburst in 1974?), it means more then 6m amplitude of current outburst (MASTER W is calibrated by thousands USNO-B1 stars in field of view as W=0.2B+0.8R).
Spectral observations are required.
