MASTER: OT detection during Fermi trigger inspection

MASTER OT J032252.81-482912.8 discovery at the time of Fermi trigger 501261070 inspection

During inspection of Fermi trigger 501261070 ( (Ra,Dec)=47.190,-47.210; GRB_ERROR_radius=3.27deg, GRB_TIME=2016/11/19 15:11:06.40UT http://gcn.gsfc.nasa.gov/other/501261070.fermi )
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 03h 22m 52.70s -48d 29m 10.9s on 2016-11-19 21:17:17.878UT with unfiltered m_OT=17.8 (mlim=19.7).
This OT is seen with m_OT=17.8 on 6 images, from 2016-11-19 21:07:11 to 2016-11-19 21:20:34 (unfiltered m_lim=19.8 on single and 20.7 on summary images).
There is no OT on 2016-11-18 21:14:00UT with unfiltered mlim=20.3 and on 2016-11-20 22:48:44UT with mlim=19.8
There is no any sources in VIZIER database outside.
Spectral observations are required.
