MASTER OT J092326.72-762817.7 discovery - new OT (dwarf nova outburst?), ampl>4.7m no VIZIER data

Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 09h 23m 26.72s -76d 28m 17.7s on 2016-11-13 06:19:38UT
The OT magnitude in unfiltered is 17.4m (mlim=18.0m).
The OT is seen in 2 images on 2016-11-13 (m_OT=17.4) and 2 images on 2016-11-16.18478, 16.19728 UT (m_OT=17.3). There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-11-12 06:24:27UT (mlim=18.2) and on 2016-10-21.21881 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 18.4m
There is no any sources in VIZIER database, it means 22m POSS limit and more then 4.7m value of current outburst amplitude.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J192358.26-585314.0 discovery - new OT (dwarf nova outburst?), ampl>4m, no VIZIER data
MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 19h 23m 58.26s -58d 53m 14.0s on 2016-11-10.06023 UT.
The OT magnitude unfiltered is 18.0m (mlim=18.6m).
The OT is seen in 3 image. There is m_OT=18.7 on 2016-11-18 00:56:58.795UT.
We have reference images without OT on 2016-08-21.03876 UT with unfiltered mlim=19.8m. The nearest in time reference image without OT is on 2016-11-07 02:32:36UT with mlim=18.4 during Fermi inspect.
Spectral observations are required.
