MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L )
discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 16h 15m 32.60s +67d 14m 45.8s on 2016-11-10.73375 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.5m (mlim=18.7m).
The OT is seen in 1 image of 3:

There is no minor planet, satellites and their parts at this place.
This OT is in 3.5"E, 2.4"N of PGC2697102 (Btot=18.2+-0.5).
We have reference image without OT on 2016-04-12 00:00:40UT with unfiltered mlim=20.0m.
Spectral observations are required.
