MASTER discoveries: 2 new bright dwarf novae

MASTER OT J053141.25-141159.0 discovery - new dwarf nova (possib.) in outburst, ampl>6m, no VIZIER data

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system (Lipunov et al., 2010, Advances in Astronomy, vol. 2010, 30L) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 05h 31m 41.25s -14d 11m 59.0s on 2016-10-23.20152 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.0m (limit 18.8m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-09-06.21118 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.4m. There is no any sources in VIZIER database (22m POSS limit and more then 6m amplitude of current outburst).
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J110914.51-421638.5 discovery - new dwarf nova (possib.) in outburst, ampl>5.7m, no VIZIER data

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 11h 09m 14.51s -42d 16m 38.5s on 2016-10-23.09793 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.7m (mlim=18.4).
The OT is seen in 4 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image on 2015-05-17.90584 UT with unfiltered mlim=20.3m.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J175908.60+145130.2 was detected in outburst on 2016-10-20 21:25:03.359UT with unfilt. m_OT=14.9.
