Discovery of Two Apparent Novae in M31

We report the discovery of two apparent novae in M31 on a co-added 900-s R-band CCD frame taken on 2016 Oct. 16.791 UT with the 0.65-m telescope at Ondrejov.
Designations, positions, and offsets of the new objects from the M31 center are summarized in the following table:

The following R-band magnitudes were obtained for the PNV J00425245+4118412 using the 0.65-m
telescope at Ondrejov:
2016 Oct. 9.782 UT, [19.8; 16.791, 16.87 ± 0.09; 16.806, 16.78 ± 0.09.
The following R-band magnitudes were obtained for the PNV J00424603+4116114:
2016 Oct. 9.782 UT, [18.9; 16.791, 16.6 ± 0.2; 16.806, 16.7 ± 0.2.
