FLOYDS Classification of ATLAS16cxr as a Young Type Ia Supernova

We obtained a spectrum of ATLAS16cxr (ATel #9535) on 2016 September 25.3 UT with the robotic FLOYDS instrument mounted on the LCOGT 2-meter telescope on Haleakala, Hawai'i. Using Superfit (Howell et al. 2005, ApJ, 634, 1190), we find a good fit to the normal Type Ia SN 1994D 8 days before maximum light at redshift z=0.016.
