MASTER OT J223313.74-403836.9 discovery - PSN in the bright spiral galaxy pgc131693

MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 22h 33m 13.74s -40d 38m 36.9s on 2016-09-19.12230 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.3m (mlim=18.4m).
The OT is seen in 2 images in MASTER-OAFA and on 2 images in MASTER-IAC(2016-09-19 23:24:25UT).
We have reference image without OT on 2016-07-30.27799 UT with unfiltered mlim=20.2m.
This PSN is in 17.8" from the 6df galaxy at z=0.04 with blue B(APM_BGC)=15.63m
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J220559.40-341434.9 discovery - bright possibly dwarf nova, Ampl>7.5m, no VIZIER data
MASTER-OAFA auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 22h 05m 59.40s -34d 14m 34.9s on 2016-09-19.12464 UT.
The OT magnitude (unfiltered) is 14.5m (limit 18.5m).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
There is no any sources known in VIZIER database(22m POSS limit), it means current amplitude more then 7.5m
We have reference image without OT on 2016-08-02.21091 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.3m.
Spectral observations are required.
