We report optical spectroscopic identification of two SWIFT sources SWIFTJ1745.4+2906 and 1RXSJ193347.6+325422. Optical data were obtained with the Russian-Turkish 1.5-m telescope (RTT-150, Bakirlitepe, TUBITAK National Observatory, Turkey), using the TFOSC spectrograph. Both sources were localized by SWIFT/XRT and are associated with nuclei of relatively bright (V~=16m) galaxies. The optical spectra of the galaxy nuclei show redshifted and broadened H_alpha (blended with NII), H_beta and other Balmer lines and narrow emission lines [OIII] 4959,5007 and others. Broad emission lines are typical for Seyfert 1 AGN. Using the narrow lines only we measured the redshifts z=0.11057 for SWIFTJ1745.4+2906 and z=0.05775 for 1RXSJ193347.6+325422.
