MASTER OT J042032.78-215212.3 discovery - PSN (17.8) in galaxy with b_mag=16.17
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 30L ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 04h 20m 32.78s -21d 52m 12.3s on 2016-08-16.03583 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.8m(limit 17.9m).
The OT is seen in 3 image. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-10-08.03299 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.2m.
This PSN is in 4.7" from the galaxy of Lick NPM1 Ref. Galaxies (Klemola+ 1987) with b_mag=16.17+-0.25
Spectral observations are required.
