"I observed the Type Ib SNF20061011 (ATEL 918) with the Very Large Array on Oct 23.1 UT as part of an ongoing program to study the radio properties of Type Ibc supernovae discovered through the SNF and SDSS search campaigns. The SN is clearly detected at 4.9 and 8.5 GHz with a radio luminosity of about 10^27 erg/cm^2/s/Hz. Further observations are planned. The National Radio Astronomy Observatory is a facility of the National Science Foundation operated under cooperative agreement by Associated Universities, Inc."
