We obtained a spectrum of MASTER OT J151647.17+283742.8 (ATel #9204) on 2016 July 9.5 UT with the robotic FLOYDS instrument mounted on the LCOGT 2-meter telescope in Siding Spring, Australia. Using SNID (Blondin & Tonry 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024), we find a good fit to the normal Type Ia SN 2004at at maximum light at a redshift of z=0.059. This redshift is consistent with that of 2MASX J15164763+2837061 (z=0.056), the galaxy 37 arcsec (42 kpc) south of the supernova, not with that of SDSS J151649.13+283758.7 (z=0.073), the possibly interacting galaxy 30 arcsec (44 kpc) to the northeast (Sanchez Almeida et al. 2011, ApJ, 735, 125, via NED).
