MASTER OT J151647.17+283742.8 discovery - PSN(17.8m) in 26.4W,16.2S of PGC1841447(Btot=17.8m, interacting?)
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net",
Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 349171 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 15h 16m 47.17s +28d 37m 42.8s on 2016-06-28.97168 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.8m (limit 20.2m).
The OT is seen in 16 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
This PSN is in 26.4W,16.2S of PGC1841447 (vgsr=21866km/s) - one of several possibly interacting galaxies
We have reference images without OT on 2015-09-06.84949 UT with 20.5 unfiltered magnitude limit (MASTER-IAC), and the nearest on the dates: on 2016-05-10 19:48:07UT with m_lim=18.7(MASTER-Kislovodsk), on 2016-04-07 18:29:07UT with m|_lim=19.6(MASTER-Tunka).
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/151647.17283742.8.png
MASTER OT J180018.25+151529.1 discovery - possibly dwarf nova outburst, ampl>5.1m
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 18h 00m 18.25s +15d 15m 29.1s on 2016-06-30.05803 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.9m (limit 19.2m).
The OT is seen in 2 image. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2016-06-03.02468 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.9m.
We have the POSS 22m upper limit (blue value in GSC2.3.2 was at last outrbust), so the amplitude of current outburst is more then 5.1
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J195405.17+204126.6 detection - OT (YSO?)
MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 19h 54m 05.17s +20d 41m 26.6s on 2016-06-28.00981 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 13.9m (limit 17.1m).
The OT is seen in 10 images.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-02-18.12255 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 17.8m.
This OT is a source from SVM selection of WISE YSO Candidates (Marton+, 2016) (young stellar object).
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/195405.17204126.6.png
MASTER OT J174714.69-291852.2 detection - OT (possibly YSO)
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 17h 47m 14.69s -29d 18m 52.2s on 2016-06-11.03080 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.0m (limit 18.7m).
The OT is seen in 13 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image in MASER-Kislovodsk database on 2013-06-08 20:15:24UT without OT with red limit m_R=18.4.
There is no source in POSS.
This OT is also from the SVM selection of WISE YSO Candidates (Marton+, 2016) (young stellar object).
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/174714.69-291852.2_1.png
