MASTER: PSN in GALEX galaxy

MASTER OT J062358.29-361855.3 - possible SuperNova in GALEXASC J062358.49-361851.2 galaxy
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 06h 23m 58.29s -36d 18m 55.3s on 2016-05-15.73896 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.8m (limit 19.1m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-10-11.07144 UT with 20.7 unfiltered magnitude limit, on 2016-03-23 20:27:16UT with m_lim=18.1.
There is GALEX source in 4.6" in NASA extragalactic database with unknown z. USNO-B1 has a source with B2=18.4,R2=18.5 in 3.7"(possibly host galaxy)
Spectral observations are required.
