Erratum: PSR J1023+0038 NOT in outburst

The XRT flux given in ATel #8995 is incorrect, due to an error in the ancilliary response file used. The real flux from PSR J1023+0038 measured by XRT on 2016-04-07 is 1.9+/-0.5 E-11 erg/s/cm2 (0.5-10 keV, not corrected for absorption). This is consistent with the previous flux from the source, thus it is NOT in outburst.
