MASTER-IAC: high amplitude (>6.3m) bright OT discovery

MASTER OT J204810.31-242134.4 discovery - possible dwarf nova outburst with amplitude more then 6.3m
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 20h 48m 10.31s -24d 21m 34.4s on 2016-04-26.23845 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 15.7m (the limit is 17.5m).
This OT is seen in 2 images. We reobserved it at MASTER-SAAO on 2016-04-27.1009UT with m_OT=15.9 (2 images).
We have reference image without OT on 2015-10-09.84538 UT with 20.1 unfiltered magnitude limit.
There is no any known sources in VIZIER database, it means the 22m POSS limit.So the amplitude of outburst is more then 6.3m
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J212252.05+273221.9 discovery - dwarf nova outburst, ampl>4m
MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 21h 22m 52.05s +27d 32m 21.9s on 2016-04-24.20130 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.8m (the limit is 18.4m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. We have reference image without OT on 2015-07-24.07080 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.4m.
There is GSC2.3.2 blue star with jmag=22.3, so we suggest the amplitude of outburst more then 4m
Spectral observations are required.
