We obtained an optical spectrum (range 320-850 nm) of SN 2016blg(=PTSS-16cfd), discovered by the PMO-Tsinghua Supernova Survey (PTSS: http://119.78.210.3/ptss2/ ), on UT Apr.04.7 2016 with the 2.4-m telescope (+YFOSC) at LiJiang Gaomeigu Station of Yunnan Astronomical Observatories (YNAO). The spectrum is consistent with a type Ia supernova at a few days before the maximum light. Cross-correlation with a library of supernova spectra using the "Supernova Identification" code (SNID; Blondin and Tonry 2007, Ap.J., 666, 1024) shows that it matches with SN 2002bo at t = -4 days from the maximum light. After correcting for a redshift of 0.07 (from the SNID fit) for its host galaxy SDSS J132713.81-021615.2, an expansion velocity of about 13100 km/s can be derived from the absorption minimum of Si II 635.5 line.
