MASTER OT J152333.04+092125.6 discovery - possible young SN (Ia-type) in 32.2"W,39.5"N of elliptical PGC054958

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 349171 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 15h 23m 33.04s +09d 21m 25.6s on 2016-04-04.09646 UT.
PSN unfiltered magnitude is 17.7m (limit 19.5m). It is in 32.2"W,39.5"N of bright PGC054958 (Btot=14.5mag, vgsr=10750) galaxy. In this scenario our OT is very young SN. This PSN is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT in MASTER-Kislovodsk database on 2016-03-13 01:10:24UT with 19.5 unfiltered magnitude limit.
There is also Sloan galaxy in 3.5" with red 22.9m,green 23.4m.
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/152333.04092125.6.png

MASTER OT J102936.01+202108.2 discovery - red dwarf flare

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 10h 29m 36.01s +20d 21m 08.2s on 2016-04-03.89678 UT with m_OT=18.0.
The OT is seen in 5 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
The flare's photometry is the following :
2016-04-03 21:31:22.057 18.01
2016-04-03 21:34:50.078 17.35
2016-04-03 21:38:40.654 17.96
2016-04-03 21:46:51.246 19.10
2016-04-03 21:59:01 ~20.2

We have reference image without OT on 2016-03-09 23:51:11 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.6m.
There is a Sloan star with green 23.3,red=21.6magnitudes The discovery and reference images are available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/102936.01202108.2.png

MASTER OT J121623.12-533932.9 detection - pos. red giant
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 12h 16m 23.12s -53d 39m 32.9s on 2016-04-03.78053 UT with 17.0 unfiltered magnitude (calibrated to USNOB1 as W=0.2B+0.8R)).

The OT is seen in 17 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2016-02-12.89409 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.7m. There is a GSC star in 1" with blue 20.3m, red 18.1m, so we suggest the red giant classification.
