MASTER OT J163355.46+860830.4 discovery - PSN in WHIJ1633+86 galaxy

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net", Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 349171 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 16h 33m 55.46s +86d 08m 30.4s on 2016-02-13.88456 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.0m (limit 18.6m). The OT is seen in 5 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2015-09-12.97137 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.2m.
This PSN is in 2.96" from the WHIJ1633+86 galaxy
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J192312.67-571511.7 discovery - dwarf nova outburst with Ampl>4m

MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 19h 23m 12.67s -57d 15m 11.7s on 2016-02-15 02:45:20.193UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.0m (the limit is 19.6m). The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2015-11-16 18:23:52 with 19.4 unfiltered magnitude limit.
There is no any known source in VIZIER database, it means the 22m POSS previous limits. So we suggest the dwarf nova outburst with Ampl>4m.

MASTER OT J135730.06-122634.1 discovery - OT with Ampl>2.7m

MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 13h 57m 30.06s -12d 26m 34.1s on 2016-02-09.99758 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 19.3 (the limit is 20.0m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. We have reference image without OT on 2014-05-26.77630 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.9m.
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J083042.70-214209.4 detection - possible UVCet type flare

MASTER-IAC auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 08h 30m 42.70s -21d 42m 09.4s on 2016-02-11.02641 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 18.1m (limit 19.6m). The OT is seen in 3 images http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/MASTER083042.70-214209.4.gif at 2016-02-11 00:38:03/00:41:46/00:45:56 UT. So we suggest the red dwarf's flare.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-12-17.13876 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.8m.
