MASTER044914.02+464511.9 discovery - dwarf nova outburst, Ampl>4.6mag, no known source in VIZIER
MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., "MASTER Global Robotic Net",
Advances in Astronomy, 2010, 349171 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 04h 49m 14.02s +46d 45m 11.9s on 2016-01-06.76115 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.4m (limit 19.7m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place. There is no known source in VIZIER database, but there is very faint non-identified source at POSS images, with the same brightness both in B and in R ~22m. So we suggest the dwarf nova outburst with Ampl>4.6m
We have reference image without OT on 2015-04-15.64911 UT with magnitude limit in 'C' filter 19.0m.
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/044914.02464511.9.png
MASTER OT J164950.45-655405.0 discovery - dwarf nova outburst with ampl>4.8m
MASTER-SAAO auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 16h 49m 50.45s -65d 54m 05.0s on 2016-01-05.08053 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.2m (limit 19.2m).
The OT is seen in 7 images. There is no minor planet at this place. There is no any source in VIZIER at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2015-08-11.81249 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.5m.
MASTER-SAAO has one image of
previous outburst on 2015-01-11 02:37:52.622UT with m_OT=16.5. There is no any sources on 2015-10-22 19:08:15 with m_lim=18.6, on 2015-08-11 19:29:59 with m_lim=19.5, on 2015-04-13 00:36:33 with m_lim=19.4, on 2015-01-31 01:01:15 UT with m_lim=19.5. So we suggest the dwarf nova outburst with m_lim>4.8m (taking into account the POSS limits and no previous detection of any survey).
Spectral observations are required.

MASTER OT J003836.48+393953.5 - dwarf nova outburst(17.4m) of SDSS star(rmag=22.5)
MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 00h 38m 36.48s +39d 39m 53.5s on 2016-01-04.46045 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.4m (the limit is 19.3m).
The OT is seen in 6 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2011-10-25.70042 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.9m.
There is SDSS9 J003836.70+393953.4 star with 1.2 arcsec offset with R=22.493. So we suggest the dwarf nova outburst with ampl>5m
Spectral observations are required.
