We report the discovery of an apparent nova located at RA(2000) =
00h 43m 11s.87, Dec(2000) = +41° 13' 44".9, which is 310".7
east and 143".6 south of the center of M31. Available R-band magnitude
from 5x300s CCD images taken with the 50/70cm telescope at NAO Rozhen,
Bulgaria: June 27.0244 UT, 19.2+/-0.4; The nearest variable is
POINT-AGAPE No.25233 at distance of 2".2.
