MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., Advances in Astronomy, MASTER Global Robotic Net, 2010 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 16h 33m 04.91s +24d 41m 43.8s on 2015-09-30.90946 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.0m (limit 19.2m).
The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2015-06-08.08354 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.6m.
This PSN is in 1.7"W and 4.1"S from the SDSSJ163304.98+244148.1 galaxy .
Spectral observations are required.
The discovery and reference images are available at http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/163304.91244143.8.png
