MASTER-IAC auto-detection system ( Lipunov et al., Advances in Astronomy, MASTER Global Robotic Net, 2010 ) discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 00h 39m 18.04s +03d 56m 59.6s on 2015-10-01.15811 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 15.2m (limit 19.3m).
This OT is seen in 6 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2015-09-13.12723 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 20.7m.
This PSN is in 8.5"W and 9.2"S from the UGC00402
Spectral observations are required.
