We report confirmation of Gaia Science Alerts transients Gaia15agc and Gaia15agh. Images
were obtained in U, G, and R bands of the Maia instrument mounted to the Flemish
1.2m Mercator Telescope at Roque de los Muchachos observatory, La Palma, Canary Islands,
Spain, on 2015 June 04 ca. 21UT.
Gaia15agc is located within a cluster of galaxies NSC
J121821+353735. The source is not present in the archival 2MASS, DSS and SDSS images.
Gaia15agh is located in the spiral arms of galaxy SDSS
J120405.42+140355.9 . This galaxy is listed as belonging to a cluster of
galaxies in SIMBAD. The location of the transient in the spiral arms of the galaxy renders it a likely supernova
candidate.
MAIA: MAIA G band 400x400 pixel cut-out images are provided (N is up, E is left
and scale is 0.276"/pix).
