Optical Nova Candidate in M31

We report the discovery of a probable nova located at RA(2000) = 00h42m33.10s, Dec(2000) = +41d13'08.50", which is 126.5" west and 180.0" south of the center of M31. The images are obtained with the 50/70 cm Schmidt telescope at NAO Rozhen, Bulgaria. The BR-magnitudes are:
2015 Feb 13.75625 UT R=18.52 +/- 0.15 (3x300s) 50/70 cm Schmidt
2015 Feb 13.76458 UT B=18.80 +/- 0.16 (1x300s) 50/70 cm Schmidt
No minor planet could be found on this position using the MPC/IAU Minor Planet Checker.
Spectral observations are required.
