We report an optical spectrogram (range 350-890 nm) of PSN J03281419+3801111 that was obtained on 2014 Dec.22.6 UT with the 2.4-m telescope (+YFOSC) at LiJiang Gaomeigu Station of Yunnan Observatories. The spectrum is similar to that of a type Ia supernovae around the maximum light. Cross-correlation with a library of supernova spectra using the comparison tool Gelato (Harutyunyan et al. 2008, A&A, 488, 383) shows that it matches with SN 2003du at t = -3.0 days. Given a redshift of 0.0176 for the host galaxy PGC 213221, an expansion velocity of about 8500 km/s can be deduced from the Si II 635.5 absorption minimum.
