We report spectroscopic observations of ASASSN-14kr (ATel #6744)obtained on UT 2014 Nov. 26.7 with the SNIFS IFU spectrograph mounted on the UH 2.2m telescope. The spectrum of ASASSN-14kr has features consistent with a normal Type Ia SN at ~1 month after maximum light. We used SNID (Blondin & Tonry 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024) to fit the spectrum and aid with classification and redshift determination. The best-fit redshift obtained from the SN features is z=0.014 +/- 0.004.
