We report two optical spectra of PSN J07285597+5611462 that were obtained, respectively, on 2014 Nov.18.7 UT with the 2.4-m telescope (+YFOSC) at LiJiang Gaomeigu Station of Yunnan Observatories and on 2014 Nov.18.8 with the 2.16-m telescope (+BFOSC) at Xinglong Station of the NAOC. Either of these two spectra is consistent with a type IIn supernova at an early phase, with a blue continuum and prominent narrow Balmer emission lines. The presence of a narrow emission feature near 672.0 nm, perhaps due to the S[II], indicates that the spectrum may suffer from contamination of the nearby H II regions. Follow up observations are encouraged.
