The Carnegie Supernova Project reports the spectroscopic classification of LSQ14fyb using an optical spectrum obtained with the Nordic Optical Telescope (+Alfosc). The target was supplied by the La Silla-Quest survey (Hadjiyska et al., ATel #3812).
