We report an optical spectrogram of MASTER OT J210318.46-140351.7 (340-890 nm) that was obtained on 2014 Nov.9.49 UT with the 2.4-m telescope (+YFOSC) at LiJiang Gaomeigu Station of Yunnan Observatories. The spectrum is blue and shows prominent P-cygni profiles of H lines, consistent with a classification of type II-P supernova around the maximum light. Cross-correlation with a library of supernova spectra using the "Supernova Identification" code (SNID; Blondin and Tonry 2007, Ap.J. 666, 1024) shows that it matches with SN 2004et t = +4 days. After removing a redshift of 0.025 (from the SNID fit) for the host galaxy PGC 929504, the minimum of the H-alpha absorption is blueshifted by about 8000 km/s.
