Possible Supernova discovered by MASTER

MASTER OT J210318.46-140351.7 - PSN
MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 21h 03m 18.46s -14d 03m 51.7s on 2014-11-06.65560 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.2m (limit 18.5m). The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2014-09-23.73466 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.8m.
The OT is located 1" west and 4" south of the center of the galaxy PGC 929504 = GALEX J210318.4-140346 with unknown redshift. Color-combined DSS finder chart is uploaded to http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/J210318-140351-JRIR5x5.jpg (2x zoom). This area of sky in Aquarius is not covered by SDSS.
