MASTER OT J193239.37+390659.0 - new CV in Kepler field

MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 19h 32m 39.37s +39d 06m 59.0s on 2014-10-13.48666 UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.6m (limit 18.1m). The OT is seen in 8 images. There is no minor planet at this place. We have reference image without OT on 2011-08-02.65513 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.1m. The object was also present on 2012-04-04.858 UT MASTER-Tunka image at 17.1m.

There is a faint (~22m) blue star near the OT on the digitized Palomar plates. Color-combined DSS finder chart is uploaded to http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/J193239+390659-BRIR5x5.jpg (2x zoom). There is a possible UV counterpart GALEX J193239.4+390657 (NUV=21.35+/-0.36). Nothing is present at this position in 1RXS, USNO-B1, GSC, 2MASS, GCVS and AAVSO VSX. This area of sky in Cygnus is not covered by SDSS and Catalina Sky Survey.

Based on the amplitude of variability (about 5m) and previous outburst in 2012, MASTER OT J193239.37+390659.0 is a new cataclysmic variable (dwarf nova). The new object is located in Kepler field (see also ATel #6325 and references therein). Follow up observations are encouraged. The discovery and reference images are available at: http://master.sai.msu.ru/static/OT/193239.37390659.0.png
