An optical spectrogram (range 330-890 nm),obtained on 2014 July 24.68 UT with the 2.4-m telescope (+YFOSC) at LiJiang Gaomeigu Station of YNAO, shows that PSN J20043485+1244168 is a type Ia supernova a few days after the maximum light. Cross-correlation with a library of supernova spectra using the "Supernova Identification" code (SNID; Blondin and Tonry 2007, Ap.J. 666, 1024) shows that it matches with SN 2005cg at t = +7 days. Adopting a redshift of 0.0147 for the host galaxy UGC 11152 (Huchra et al. 1999, Ap.J.Supp., 121, 287), they measure a velocity of the Si II 635.5-nm absorption feature to be about 10300 km/s. The continumm of the spectrum is very red, suggesting that this supernova may suffer significant reddening in the host galaxy.
