We have recently observed a NIR flare of the radio source PKS 1725+123 cross identified the QSO CGRaBSJ1728+1215 (z=0.588) and the Gamma-ray source 2FGLJ1727.9+1220. From observations on May 26th 2014, epoch JD2456803.859, we determined the flux in the H band to be 14.395 +/- 0.05. It is brightest since the time JD 2455450 when we started monitoring it at NIR wavelengths. The source has had an increment of 1.6 mag in the last two years, ie. since our report in Atel #4201. Observations were carried out with the 2.1m telescope of the Guillermo Haro Observatory operated by the National Institute for Astrophysics, Optics and Electronics (Mexico), equipped with the instrument CANICA a NIR camera. We encourage further multi wavelength coverage.
