We report spectroscopic classification of ASASSN-14at in UGC11037 (ATel#6126). The transient was observed with the Double Spectrograph on the Palomar 200-inch Hale telescope on 2014 May 9.49 UT. Its spectrum has a blue continuum superposed by strong and broad Balmer lines which show P-Cygni profiles. This spectrum confirms ASASSN-14at to be a Type II supernova.
