Following up the ATel #6098 and #6100 the flat-spectrum point source J0641-03 was measured with the RATAN-600 radio telescope on 2-5 May 2014. We compared the measured flux ~680 mJy at 8.2-21.7 GHz with former measurements, collected in CATS data base (http://cats.sao.ru). Probably the first radio detection was in the TEXAS survey at 365 MHz as TXTB0639-032 (Douglas et al., 1996) carried out in 1974-83. Later J0641-03 (aka G214.823-3.658) was detected with Effelsberg 100-m radio telescope during the Galactic plane surveys at 1400 and 2700 MHz (Reich et al., 1990, and Furst et al., 1990). According to the compiled spectrum we concluded that now the modern fluxes are slightly higher the former flux points.
