FLOYDS Spectroscopic Classification of CSS140222:112037+302809 as a Type IIn Supernova

We obtained a spectrum of CSS140222:112037+302809 (see also ATel 6045) on 2014 April 9.45 (UT) with the robotic FLOYDS instrument mounted on the Faulkes Telescope North, while recommissioning the telescope under the new LCOGT Telescope Control System.
Using Superfit (Howell et al. 2005, ApJ, 634, 1190), we find a good fit to a late-time spectrum of the Type IIn SN2005cp at a redshift of 0.033.
At this redshift, the host galaxy must be extremely faint (> -15 mag).
