Inter-day flux decline of HPQ PKS 0528+134 at 4.8 GHz

We observed the Fermi-LAT and EGRET detected high polarization quasar PKS 0528+134 at 4.8 GHz in two Intra-day variability (IDV) sessions with the Urumqi 25m radio telescope
of Xinjiang Astronomical Observatory (XAO), we find its flux is declining
by ~5% in both 8-12 Feb. 2014 and 7-9 March 2014. We show the results
below, which scaled to 3c286's flux density 7.51 Jy.
