MASTER OT J174045.80+115828.5 - PSN in PGC2204281
MASTER-Tunka auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 06h 48m 29.00s +42d 41m 56.8s on 2014-02-15.51921 UT.
The OT magnitude in 'R' filter is 15.4m (limit 17.4m).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2011-04-21.60503 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.6m.
There is PGC2204281 galaxy near OT. The OT off set are 5.4E and 2.1S.
Spectral observations are required.
