Further to ATel#5659, here we report the spectroscopic classification of nine CRTS
supernova candidates using Palomar 5m+DBSP on 2014 Jan 23 UT.
Classifications of were performed via SN spectrum cross correlation using
SNIDs (Blondin & Tonry, 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024).

Notes:
(a) Noisy spectrum.
Due to the real-time analysis of all CRTS transients, CSS140123:111719+361025, CSS140123:104818+204751
and CSS140123:093027+411345 were all confirmed within 1.5 hours of their discovery observations.
Early stage spectroscopic observations were also obtained for
SN 2014J and MLS140121:071559+214845. The results
are in agreement with Fossey et al. (2014, CBET#
3792)
and Ergon et al. (2014, ATel#
5834), respectively.
