M. K. Conlon and R. J. Foley (University of Illinois) and R. P. Kirshner (Harvard) report that a low dispersion spectrum taken with DEIMOS on Keck II shows that ASASSN-13dd (Atel 5415; Brimacombe et al.) in NGC 2765 is a Type Ia supernova approximately 10 days past maximum light. Analysis with SNID (Blondin & Tonry, 2007) shows a good match with SN 2006ac at +9 days. The Si II line shows a velocity of 11,900 km/sec after correction for the galaxy redshift of 0.01255 (NED).
