confirmation of no X-rays from Nova Del 2013

Due to an underestimation of the X-ray background for the particular Swift observation of Nova Del 2013 reported by us in ATel #5314, we agree with the non-detection given on ATel #5318 and determine a 3-sigma upper limit to the Nova Del 2013 count rate of 0.013 counts/sec. We apologize for the confusion.
