We observed the SN iPTF13bvn, a young Type Ib/Ic SN (ATEL #5137) with the Australia Telescope Compact Array (ATCA). On June 21st we detected a radio afterglow at 18GHz with a flux of approximately 1.4mJy. On June 24th we performed follow up observations at 18GHz, 34GHz, and 44GHz. The radio afterglow was detected at all frequencies, and had increased in flux to approximately 2.6mJy at 18GHz. Further observations are planned.
The complete set of radio measurements is summarized in Cao et al. (2013; ApJL submitted).
We thank the staff of the ATCA for scheduling these observations.
