We report spectroscopic observations of PSN J16173231+3134572 which was discovered in UGC 10313 on UTC 2013 May 10.37 by the Catalina Real-Time Transient Survey. A spectrum was obtained on UTC 2013 Jun 27.26 with the Dual Imaging Spectrograph (DIS) on the 3.5-m ARC telescope at Apache Point Observatory. The spectrum shows prominent Si II absorption at 628.3 nm. Using the redshift z = 0.022322 of UGC10313 from NED, this corresponds to a velocity of 10100 km/s. Using SNID, the spectrum resembles SN2004eo at two days after maximum. We classify this PSN as a Type Ia supernova.
