Measurements at 21.7, 11.2, 8.2 and 4.8 GHz with the RATAN-600 radio telescope show that flux densities (ATEL #4973) of the BL Lacertae (B2200+42) continue to rise from December 2012 (ATEL #4600, ATEL #4565). At 4.8 GHz we observe small flux increase on March-April 2013 -- 6-7 Jy with errors are better than 3%. A flux density of 10.2 +/- 0.36, 10.2 +/-0.5 and 11.1 +/- 0.9 Jy at 8.2 GHz, 11.2 and 21.7 GHz respectively on 14 April. Thus BL Lac has almost flat radio spectrum. We continue to monitor BL Lacertae at four frequencies with the RATAN-600 telescope.
