MASTER OT J211830.74+752621.9 - CV
MASTER-Amur auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 21h 18m 30.74s +75d 26m 21.9s on 2013-01-14.50558 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 16.3m (limit 18.5m).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2011-06-20.63965 UT with unfiltered magnitude limit 19.2m.
The OT was confirmed on two MASTER-Kislovodsk images on 2013 Jan.
14.826 UT with the coordinates (averaged from two tubes): 21 18 30.69
+75 26 21.1 and unflitered magnitude 16.4. The new object is identical
to SDSS DR8 star SDSS
J211830.65+752620.7 with the following magnitudes: u=23.47(73),
g=22.24(12), r=20.94(5), i=20.16(4), z=19.42(7). It is also present in
GSC 2.3.2 with coordinates 21 18 30.771 +75 26 20.43 and jmag=21.93.
This area of sky is not covered by CRTS, Palomar/NEAT and GALEX.
Nothing is present at this position in 2MASS, USNO-B1.0, 1RXS and GCVS
catalogs, as well as in AAVSO VSX. No previous outbursts were detected
on 12 digitized POSS plates.
Based on the amplitude of variability we suggest that MASTER OT
J211830.74+752621.9 is most likely a cataclysmic variable (dwarf nova)
in outburst. Follow up observations are required.

MASTER OT J035309.31-025112.6 - PSN
MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system discovered OT source at (RA, Dec) = 03h 53m 09.31s -02d 51m 12.6s on 2013-01-14.78032 UT.
The OT unfiltered magnitude is 17.9m (limit 19.0m).
The OT is seen in 2 images. There is no minor planet at this place.
We have reference image without OT on 2009-10-15.99339 UT with magnitude limit in 'R' filter 18.8m.
There is galaxy-like object at DSS image.
Spectral observations are required.
