We report that a spectrogram of CSS121013:025604+005601 obtained on Oct. 22.97 UT with the Asiago 1.82-m Copernico Telescope (+ AFOSC range 350-820 nm, resolution 1.3nm), suggests that this is a normal type-Ia supernova. Cross-correlation with a library of supernova spectra via the "Supernova Identification" code (SNID; Blondin and Tonry 2007, Ap.J. 666, 1024) shows that the supernova is similar to several Ia-normal SNe few days after maximum at a redshift of about 0.086. The expansion velocity deduced from the Si-II 635.5nm absorption is then 10600 km/s.
